Tájékoztatjuk, hogy a mai napon, 2017. július 4-én 10:30-tól megkezdett rendszerfrissítés közben váratlan anomáliákat tapasztaltunk, mely miatt a folyamatot meg kellett szakítanunk. A rendszer üzemeltetésének biztonsága érdekében kollégáink dolgoznak a megoldáson, a karbantartás során sem a kiszolgálásban, sem a statisztikai adatok rögzítésében/tárolásában, sem pedig a kampányok szabályozásában semmilyen kimaradás nem volt.

A tervezett frissítés ismételt időpontjáról értesíteni fogjuk felhasználóinkat.

Ha bármilyen, a jelenlegi kiszolgálástól eltérő működést tapasztal, kérjük, jelezze a support@adverticum.com címen.

Dear User,

We inform you that unexpected anomalies were detected during the system maintenance which started on 4th July at 10:30 a.m. We had to interrupt the process in order to garantee the security of the system operation.

Our colleagues are working on to solve the problem. During the maintenance there were not any outages nor in the serving, neither in the recording/storing of the statistics and in the campaign regulation.

We will inform our clients about the new date of the update.
