A kizárások helyes működéséhez szükséges, hogy a kiszolgáló rendszer válaszából kigyűjtsük azokat az objektumokat, amelyek az oldalon megjelenő hirdetésekhez tartoznak (terv, banner, kampány stb. azonosítók). Ehhez a lehető leggyorsabb feldolgozás érdekében egy JS MAP objektumot használtunk.

Az automatizált és manuális tesztjeinket – a céges policynak megfelelően – több operációs rendszeren/böngészőn is lefuttattuk, ezekkel minden rendben volt. (A céges előírásunk szerint 5% feletti használtsággal rendelkező böngészőkben garantáljuk a hibátlan működést, hasonlóan a többi informatikai rendszerhez.) Vannak azonban olyan böngészők, amelyek nem támogatják ezt az adattárolási formát, ezért hirdetésmegjelenítést érintő probléma léphetett fel.

Jeleztek hibát olyan weboldalról, amely egy elavult külső js könyvtárat (prototype.js) használ. Ez hibásan működő toJSON metódust ad hozzá az alap objektumokhoz, így hibát okozva a Goa3 és a kiszolgálórendszer közti kommunikációban.

Igyekszünk minden ügyfelünk igényeinek megfelelni, ezért – vezetői döntésünk értelmében – visszaállunk az eredeti Goa3 verzióra. Jelenleg olyan megoldáson dolgozunk, amely az ilyen böngészők és weboldalak számára is lehetővé teszi a hirdetések megjelenítését.

Amint lehet, kifrissítjük a módosított és a kizárásokat helyesen kezelő Goa3 verziót, melyről tájékoztatni fogjuk ügyfeleinket.

Dear User,

To ensure the proper operation of the exclusion it is necessary to collect those objects from the server system response which belong to the ads appear on the site (goal, banner, campaign etc.). In favor of the fastest processing we used a JS MAP object.

In accordance with our company policy we had run automated and manual tests on multiple operation systems and browsers and everything was working properly.

According to our company policy, we guarantee the error-free operation in case of those browsers, which usable rate is above 5% similar to other IT systems. However, there are former or rarely used browsers that do not support this data storage form, and ad impression affecting problem may have occured.

Error was indicated from websites that use an obsolete external js library (prototype.js). This adds malfunctioning toJSON method to the basic objects, causing an error in the communication between the Goa3 and the server.

We try to meet all the needs of our customers, so according to our management decisions we restore the original Goa3 version. We are working on a solution that allows the ad impression for these browsers and websites as well.

We are updating the modified version which handle the exclusions correctly as soon as possible. We will inform our customers, if the work will have been completed.
